Erick All Jr. arrived in Cincinnati as a versatile tight end prospect after stops at Michigan and Iowa, flashing pass-catching ability as a rookie before a second torn ACL derailed his early career. He remains one of the Bengals' most talented tight ends when healthy.
Path to the league
All spent four seasons at Michigan from 2019 to 2022, including a 2021 season in which he caught 34 passes for 374 yards and scored a game-winning touchdown against Penn State.
