Singleton grew up in Gurnee, Illinois and attended Warren Township High School before playing five seasons at Iowa State from 2020 to 2024. He appeared in 49 games with 28 starts for the Cyclones, and went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft before signing with Seattle as a free agent.

Singleton finished his Iowa State career with 75 total tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks and three forced fumbles. He capped his college run by earning All-Big 12 honorable mention recognition as a senior in 2024, and now plays nose tackle for the Seahawks at 6-foot-1 and 299 pounds.
2025 season recap
Singleton was released by Seattle during final roster cuts in August 2025 but rejoined the practice squad the very next day, spending his rookie season developing behind the Seahawks' defensive line rotation.
