An undrafted Georgia product and two-time national champion who forced his way onto Green Bay's roster as a run-stuffing interior lineman.

Nazir Stackhouse waited his turn behind Jordan Davis at Georgia before becoming a five-year rotational piece on two national championship teams. Undrafted in 2025 despite being viewed as a fifth- or sixth-round talent, he signed with Green Bay and worked his way into the Packers' defensive line rotation as a rookie.

Path to the league

A former four-star recruit out of Columbia High School, Stackhouse played five seasons at Georgia, appearing in 59 games with 42 starts on a stacked Bulldogs defensive line. He went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft and signed with the Packers shortly afterward, with many analysts surprised he lasted through all seven rounds.

Career highlights

Stackhouse finished his Georgia career with 96 tackles, nine tackles for loss and three sacks, and he was part of the Bulldogs' back-to-back national championship teams in 2021 and 2022. At 6-foot-4 and 320 pounds, he built a reputation as a reliable gap-plugging nose tackle capable of lining up at multiple spots on the interior.

2025 season recap

Stackhouse carved out a limited but real role as a rookie, playing 159 defensive snaps for the Packers and recording five solo tackles and three quarterback pressures through the first 13 weeks of the season. He earned a 43.5 overall Pro Football Focus grade on the year, with his best individual performance coming in a Week 13 showing.
