Rasul Douglas has been a productive ball-hawking cornerback since his college days at West Virginia, and he has carried that playmaking ability through stops with seven different NFL franchises. He remains a veteran presence in a secondary.
Path to the league
Douglas starred at West Virginia, earning first-team All-Big 12 honors in 2016 after leading the nation with eight interceptions, and closed his college career with 70 tackles and 8 interceptions in his final season. The Philadelphia Eagles selected him in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
Douglas started five games as a rookie and picked off two passes en route to winning a Super Bowl with the Eagles. He has since played for Carolina, Las Vegas, Houston, Arizona, Green Bay and Buffalo, racking up 21 career interceptions along the way.
2025 season recap
After entering free agency in March 2025, Douglas signed with the Miami Dolphins, where he recorded two interceptions and 13 passes defensed on a one-year contract, a bounce-back showing after his passes-defensed total had dipped the year before.
