UConn consensus All-American receiver who set school records before the Bills drafted him in 2026.
Skyler Bell put together one of the best receiving seasons in UConn history in 2025, becoming the program's first consensus All-American. The production carried him to Buffalo, which selected him in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. He arrives as a developmental target with a proven college resume rather than an NFL track record.
Path to the league
A New York native, Bell started his college career at Wisconsin before transferring to UConn. The Bills made him the 125th overall pick in the 2026 draft, the third UConn wide receiver ever selected, joining former Huskies Geremy Davis and Marcus Easley.
2025 season
Playing his final college season at UConn, Bell caught 101 passes for 1,278 yards and 13 touchdowns, setting school records for receptions and receiving scores. He earned consensus All-American honors as the centerpiece of the Huskies passing game.
