Tavius Robinson's path to the NFL began far from the usual recruiting trail, starting at the University of Guelph in Ontario before he transferred to Ole Miss and turned himself into a fourth-round draft pick. Four years into his career with the Ravens, the 6-foot-6 edge rusher has grown into a key part of Baltimore's pass-rush rotation.

Path to the league

Robinson began his college career at the University of Guelph before transferring to Ole Miss ahead of the 2020 season. He recorded 11.5 sacks over his Ole Miss career, including a career-high seven in 2022, while also leading the SEC in forced fumbles that year. The Ravens drafted him in the fourth round, 124th overall, in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Career highlights

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta compared Robinson's potential to former Baltimore standout Za'Darius Smith upon drafting him. Robinson began his Ravens career as a stand-up outside linebacker before settling into a hand-in-the-dirt defensive end role, steadily earning more defensive snaps each season.

2025 season recap

Robinson missed time due to injury in 2025 but still played 447 defensive snaps across 10 games, posting a career-high 4.5 sacks to go with 28 total tackles, one pass defensed and one forced fumble, emerging as one of the Ravens' top outside linebackers when healthy.
