Vikings veteran RB who has cleared 850 scrimmage yards in eight of his nine NFL seasons.
Aaron Jones Sr. signed with Minnesota in March 2024 after seven seasons in Green Bay. His first Vikings year produced 1,138 rushing yards. The 2025 season was quieter (905 yards) as the Vikings cycled through three quarterbacks, but Jones remains a reliable dual-threat back at 31.
Path to the league
UTEP product who was the 182nd pick of the 2017 draft. Took over as the Packers' lead back in 2019 and led the NFL in rushing TDs (16) that year. Made two Pro Bowls and signed a four-year extension in 2021.

2025 season recap
905 rushing yards on 207 carries (4.4 ypc), 7 TDs. Added 36 catches for 290 yards. Minnesota went 9-8 with J.J. McCarthy as the eventual starter. Jones' role decreased late in the year as the team gave more carries to rookie Cam Skattebo.
