Path to the league

Parkinson was a 6-foot-7 target at Stanford before Seattle drafted him in the fourth round in 2020. He served mostly as a depth and blocking tight end across four seasons with the Seahawks. He joined the Rams in 2024 and grew into a bigger role in his second year there.

2025 season

Parkinson had the best season of his career, catching 43 passes for 408 yards and eight touchdowns as the Rams leaned on multiple-tight-end sets. His eight scores set a franchise single-season record for a tight end, breaking the previous mark of six. In the NFC Wild Card win over Carolina on January 10, 2026, he caught a 19-yard touchdown for the game-winning score with 38 seconds left.
