Conley started at right guard for Boston College in 2024 and finished his career tied for the most games played (60) and consecutive games played (60) in program history, having also seen time at left guard, right tackle and as a tackle-eligible tight end. He went unselected in the 2025 NFL Draft and signed with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent.
