Ozzy Trapilo

Offensive Tackle · Boston College

A second-round tackle out of Boston College who stabilized the Bears' left side as a rookie before a playoff knee injury cut his season short.

At 6-foot-8, Ozzy Trapilo was drafted 56th overall in 2025 to solve Chicago's left tackle question, and he did just that for most of his rookie year. A patellar tendon injury suffered in the wild-card round ended his debut season on a difficult note, but not before he had shown he could handle the job.

He posted a 72.5 overall Pro Football Focus grade with solid run-blocking marks, but his season ended early when he suffered a patellar tendon injury during the Bears' wild-card playoff win over the Packers.
