Riley Mahlman signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent after starting three straight seasons at right tackle for Wisconsin. At 6-foot-8 and 308 pounds, he brings rare size to the interior tackle competition, and he has already been singled out as one of the more intriguing UDFA additions on Atlanta's roster.
Path to the league
Mahlman was born December 30, 2002, in Lakeville, Minnesota, and attended Lakeville South High School as a four-star recruit, choosing Wisconsin over offers from Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ohio State and others. He spent five seasons with the Badgers from 2021 to 2025, redshirting as a true freshman before starting 43 of his 45 career appearances, all at right tackle. He went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with Atlanta.
