The New Orleans Saints' all-time sacks leader, Cameron Jordan has anchored the defensive line for a decade and a half with eight Pro Bowl selections to show for it.
Cameron Jordan has been the face of the Saints' defense since New Orleans drafted him out of California in 2011. At 36, he proved in 2025 that he still has plenty left, delivering one of the best seasons of his long career.
Path to the league
Jordan starred at California from 2007 to 2010, racking up 175 tackles, 34.0 tackles for loss and 16.5 sacks over 50 games. The Saints drafted him in the first round, 24th overall, in the 2011 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
Jordan has made eight Pro Bowls, the most by a defensive player in Saints history, including six straight from 2017 to 2022. He is the franchise's all-time sacks leader with 132 career sacks, which ranks 17th in NFL history, and he has piled up 763 career tackles, three interceptions and 17 forced fumbles.
2025 season recap
Jordan bounced back from a quiet 2024 with 10.5 sacks in 2025, his first double-digit sack season since 2021 and the seventh time in his career he has reached double digits, a franchise record. He added 15 tackles for loss, 15 quarterback hits, two forced fumbles and 47 tackles, and he did not miss a game for the third straight season.
