A London-born defensive lineman who has used the NFL's International Player Pathway program to bounce through three franchises before landing in Baltimore.
David Olajiga was born in London and took a winding road through junior college and Central Missouri before the NFL's International Player Pathway program gave him a foothold with the Rams, then the Patriots, and now the Ravens. He signed with Baltimore's practice squad in October 2025.
Path to the league
Olajiga was recruited to Butler Community College in Kansas as a tight end before shifting to the defensive line at Central Missouri from 2021 to 2023. He went undrafted in 2024 but was selected in the second round of the CFL Global Draft by the Edmonton Elks.
Career highlights
In his final season at Central Missouri, Olajiga recorded 41 total tackles and four sacks. He entered the NFL through the International Player Pathway program, first with the Los Angeles Rams in 2024, spending time on their practice squad and later a reserve/future contract.
2025 season recap
Olajiga signed with the New England Patriots through the International Pathway Program in the summer of 2025 but was released from their practice squad that October. Baltimore signed him to its practice squad soon after, and he has remained with the Ravens.
