Sarratt began his college career at Saint Francis (PA) before transferring to James Madison and then Indiana, earning all-conference recognition in each of his four seasons. Sarratt was a first-team All-Sun Belt selection at James Madison in 2023 before joining Indiana, where he earned third-team All-Big Ten honors in 2024 and second-team All-Big Ten in 2025.
